Wespac Construction broke ground on Copper State Rubber’s new Phoenix Headquarters. The 200,000 SF metal building will be located at 105th Ave and Roosevelt in Tolleson. Architectural Building Systems was chosen as the metal building erector. The expected completion date is scheduled for March of 2017.
